Site Sage is a Registered Chartered Building Consultancy based in Harlow, working across London, Essex and the surrounding counties. The practice is run by Dennis Brett MCIOB FFPWS LCGI MPTS, who has worked in construction since 1985.
Most of our work is for solicitors, housing associations and local authorities. We prepare CPR Part 35 expert witness reports and Scott Schedules in housing disrepair and building defect claims, for defendants, claimants and as single joint expert. We inspect within 7 days and report within 14.
We also act as party wall surveyor for building owners and adjoining owners. We prepare schedules of condition and dilapidations, diagnose building defects, damp and mould, carry out building surveys, and act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015.
We are a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, the professional body for construction managers and consultants, founded in 1834. We are Fellows of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and Members of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society, the learned society for party wall surveyors.
