Access Agreement Fees

It is normal practice for Surveyors to quote an hourly rate, a record of time is kept and an invoice amount calculated accordingly. However Site Sage have acknowledged that their clients prefer price certainty, we therefore try to give an accurate indication of the likely costs by breaking down known tasks into rates, as detailed below.

Payment within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts. Invoice produced is inclusive of final inspection and issued with Party Wall Awards.
